GameChanger is always free for coaches and team staff for streaming, scoring, and viewing stat and video content for their own team. Fans have the option to purchase a subscription to GameChanger to access paid content. More information on individual Fan subscriptions can be found here.
Some team communities prefer purchasing these individual subscriptions as a bundle so that each Fan on the team does not need to purchase a subscription individually. For those communities, we offer two levels of the Community Pass. These passes provide free access to paid features to all followers of the team, regardless of whether they have their own subscriptions.
How to purchase a Community Pass
Community passes can only be purchased by a member of the Team Staff using the GC Staff Portal. If you are a Team Staff on the team you wish to purchase a Community Pass, follow these instructions:
- Log in with your account at web.gc.com
- Click or tap on the team that you want the Community Pass for
- Click or tap on the "Buy a Community Pass" button
- Select the desired access level, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase
Your team community will be notified via email that they now have access to your team's paid features at the chosen access level.

Our team is in Canada. When trying to purchase a community pass, I cannot select Canada in payment details. US is the only option. How can I complete the purchase?
Found a workaround. For the PC vs Zip code issue, enter that three numbers in your PC followed by 00. Leave country as United States (no choice here anyways). Hit submit and it should go right through. Annoying to have to do but it works for now.
