Canceling Your Subscription

Users can purchase GameChanger subscriptions in two ways:

• Through the iOS App Store
• Through the Google Play Store

Each method requires different steps to cancel. 

To Cancel Your Subscription Through the iOS App Store

1. Go to the Account tab in GameChanger.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Tap Go to App Store Subscriptions.
4. Choose GameChanger from the list of subscriptions.
5. Use the Cancel Subscription button. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. 
   
   

• Note: If you see GameChanger in the "active" section of your Apple ID subscriptions but there is no cancel button, this means the subscription is already cancelled. The expected expiration date is listed below the subscription. 

If you are being charged, but don’t see GameChanger in your list of subscriptions, it may have been purchased by a different Apple ID, a family member, or billed by someone other than Apple.

To Cancel Your Subscription Through Google Play

1. Go to the Account tab in GameChanger.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Tap Cancel on Google Play.
4. Choose GameChanger from the list of subscriptions.
5. Use the Cancel Subscription button.
   

If you are being charged, but don’t see GameChanger in your list of subscriptions, it may have been purchased by a different Google ID, a family member, or billed by someone other than Google.
