We’ve released a brand new equipment checklist feature that will allow Team Staff for baseball and softball teams to more easily communicate with parents about required gear for the season or practice. Staff can select from a curated list of equipment and can add notes for any league specific requirements or their own recommendations. Parents can check items off the list as they go, and can access our guide which contains links to DICK’S Pro Tips articles that will help parents make informed equipment decisions.
The integration you may be familiar with from GameChanger Baseball/Softball has come to Team Manager! When creating a high school team, Team Staff will now have the ability to link their team to an existing MaxPreps team. Staff will be able to use a one-time import to pull a MaxPreps schedule and roster into Team Manager, and game stats for scored games will automatically be sent over to the MaxPreps website.
During the fall we added a Fan role to the app. Now we’ve added in the ability for Team Staff to view the list of fans following your team. In the Teams tab, you’ll now see both Roster and Fans tabs that you can toggle between.
