Any time there is a team on your account that you no longer need, you have the option to leave the team to remove it from your account. It’s important to keep in mind that parents are only able to leave teams by removing associated players from the roster. Once the player is removed, their parent contacts will also be removed from the team community. Note that if you are Team Staff and a parent, you will need to remove your player from the roster before you can leave the team as staff.
For Baseball and Softball teams, removing your player from the roster will remove the ability of all parents connected to your player to view season stats. Please reach out to teammanager@gc.com for additional help if needed.
Team Staff and Players
- Go to the Teams tab in the app
- Tap the team you’d like removed from your account
- Tap your name on the roster
- Tap the Leave button in the top right corner of the screen
Parents
- Go to the Teams tab in the app
- Tap on the team you’d like removed from your account
- Tap your player’s name on the roster
- Tap Remove in the top right corner. This will remove the player and all of their parent contacts from the team community.
