All schedule changes made on your Sports Connect team site will automatically update in the GameChanger app. This includes the addition of games, cancellations, and any changes made to the game details. Schedule changes made in GameChanger will not sync back to Sports Connect.
You also have the option to manually re-import your team's schedule from Sports Connect through the following steps:
- Select your team.
- Select the gear icon to go into Team Settings.
- Select Schedule Sync.
- Select Re-Import Schedule.
Please note that events listed as rescheduled or postponed will not sync with the GameChanger app. For baseball and softball teams, changing a game's opponent will not sync to GameChanger. You will need to create a new event to solve either of these issues.

Using Android, I am unable to get beyond the Ready to Import page. Unable to see anything at the bottom of the page to import. I simply see a warning about importing.
One should not need to re-import. They should be constantly in sync. The use should not need to do a re-pull. The schedule being out of sync holds this application back.
Re-Import doesn't seem to even work. We have cancelled games that are still showing up in the calendar after re-importing. I agree that re-import should be unnecessary.
I got excited when I saw this thread, and that "sync" was supposed to work. Manually syncing items was not maintainable last year.
Unfortunately, 'Re-Import' doesn't seem to work well. I have events that do not show up in team manager that were recently created in Blue Sombrero. It seems possibly related to events that are 'Rescheduled' or otherwise have notes. Additionally, any location info does not come across into Team Manager.
Ultimately our organization is in the same position we were in last year, our options are:

This does not appear to be working consistently and therefore removing the manual re-import option is a big challenge to keep both systems consistent.
How is the automatically syncing supposed to work? I enter items into the TSHQ calendar, then go back to the app and they aren't there. I close the app and re-open it, they aren't there. What's the process? How long should it take?
By the way, for Scott Moser, they have fixed the location info not coming through to the app.
Please post a support doc with the correct procedure to follow. If things are out of sync this creates a lot of confusion for the parents. Using this app is supposed to help save time and improve communication. Emails are going out based on the blue sombrero calendar when the app shows differently. Then our head coaches have to email their team to clarify. I think we all just need clarification of what is working and what is not so we can streamline our process and let our head coaches know.
Our regional coordinator rescheduled some games and now they aren't importing into Team Manager. Seems like y'all might have missed a use case or user story. I'm left manually inputting any games that get the label "Rescheduled".
There were changes made on our league website to Player changes and team personal changes after I imported the team in to Game Changer Manager. Is there a way to re-import my team so that I do not have to key in every little detail again? There seems to be no options to do so
Any idea when this sync will actually work? Like everyone else who is commenting, changes made in Team Manager do NOT get synced up with TSHQ. So, we're managing TWO schedules. Help.
I linked and synced the gc team mgr schedule to my google calendar. The events previously put into gc team mgr schedule have populated into my google calendar however any new events created on gc team mgr schedule will not populate into my google calendar. please help.
Problems again after setting up and posting our schedule on our SC/BS website and nothing showing up in the app. Why is this something that consistently happens for almost two years now. Schedules are done right, posted correctly, and still no show for every team in our entire club. Parents and coaches are starting to get a little mad with the constant problems, and I can't blame them at all. As the club admin & board member for this, it has started to piss me off as well. Not only are the problems annoying, but it makes me look like a fool to everyone in our club. Would be nice if you would hire some more support staff to fix these problems faster, or allow league/club admins to fix it themselves.
If a game is rescheduled and labeled as such, GameChanger won't sync. Apparently, the league is supposed to create a new event for the rescheduled game to get GameChanger to import. So it really doesn't sync changes, only adds new events. This is a huge short coming, and yet another reason I dislike this app more and more. This needs to get fixed.
