Basic Scorekeeping

Watch this video for instructions on the basics of scoring your baseball/ softball game. 

1. Use “My Team” or “Opponent” to adjust either team’s lineup.
2. You can add “Lineup Placeholders” to quickly fill your opponent’s lineup.
3. Tap the “Pitch” button to get started.
4. Common pitch results will appear at the top of the menu.
5. Less common outcomes will be listed at the bottom.
6. Score three strikes to record a strike out and send the next batter to the plate.
7. After a fourth ball, the batter will be sent to first.
8. Choose “Ball in Play” when the batter makes contact.
9. Choose the outcome. Then, drag and drop the fielder to where the ball was hit and click “Done.”
