An evolving list of Athlete Profile questions.
My athlete profile was created automatically. How can I add to it or edit it?
To edit basic information, hit the Edit Details button and make your adjustments (like adding a headshot or customizing your URL). If your player qualifies for video clips, you will see a Video Clips tab where you can add clips directly from the GameChanger app or from your device's library. If you want to add more to your career stats tab, you can do so by visiting the Teams tab, where you will need to add more teams.
Why can't I see my current team in my Athlete Profile?
When you join a new team, or teams are rolled over from a previous season, they are not automatically added to your Athlete Profile. You will need to follow the steps in our Updating Your Athlete Profile to add the new team(s) to your profile to be included in your Career Stats and to add video clips.
How can I add more career stats?
GameChanger will automatically update the stats on file for the teams already listed on your Career Stats screen. If you want to add statistics or video clips from other teams, you will need to add that team to your profile by visiting the Teams tab.
Why isn't one of my teams on my Athlete Profile?
It's possible you or your player are no longer associated with the team. You'll want to reach out to the staff member on that team or find your team in the GameChanger app and request family membership for your player. Once your request is approved, you should see the team as an option within the Athlete Profile Teams tab.
Will video clips be added to my Athlete Profile automatically?
No - though your player's team stats will update regularly, you will need to add each video clip that you'd like to include on your Athlete Profile.
Can I delete an athlete profile?
Yes, you can - hit Edit Details and you can delete the Athlete Profile from there.
