Similar to league and tournament scorekeeping, a live stream can be shared between two teams within an organization. Shared Streaming is available for baseball, softball, basketball, football and flag football.
How it works
- One team's streamer starts a live video stream for a head-to-game game
- The opponent team will automatically receive video for that game
- Both teams will have access to the live stream. Video clips (if there is scorekeeping for the game), and full event videos will be created for both teams
Who can stream
Users with broadcasting permissions for either team can stream games. Currently, organization admins are not able to stream games from the league or tournament schedule.
Staff members on the receiving team can choose to end the stream and start their own version. By doing that, they will not impact the streaming team's experience.
Who can watch
The audience for the receiving team's video will mirror that of the streaming team's. If the streamer selects "Anyone" as their audience, that selection will be made for the receiving team, as well.
After the game, staff members of the receiving team can adjust the audience on the full event video.
