Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account will remove your account and its associated data from our records. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered so please proceed with caution. If deleting your account for data privacy, please consider updating your data privacy settings by opening the GameChanger app and clicking on "Account" > "Legal" > "Your Privacy Choices". 

How to delete your account

1. Open your GameChanger App.
2. Click on "Account" in the footer menu.
3. Scroll down and click on "Delete Account". 
4. Carefully read the information on the confirmation screen. If you are sure you want to proceed, you can click on "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen.

What gets deleted 

• Your user profile - including your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. 
• The link from your user account to any teams and players you were following or related to. 
• Analytics about the usage of our product from your user account. 

What doesn't get deleted

• Any active subscriptions. If you want to cancel your subscription, please see our help desk article for "Canceling Your Subscription". 
• Any teams you've created, events scheduled and modified, or games streamed. Your account, however, will no longer have access to any of that content. 
• Any representation of you as a player on a GC team. If you were ever a player on a GC team roster, your name will still be listed on the roster and in the play-by-play, stats, recap stories, video clips, and full event videos for all games and seasons that you were associated with. However, your account will no longer be associated with that player. 
• Messages that you've sent via chat. They will still appears, but they will not be linked to your account or name anymore.
