Can I upload Game Videos / Clips?
No! At this time, only video streams taken within the GameChanger app will be posted to the team. Additionally, auto-clips to the player profile are only generated as long as the game is being scored in GameChanger.
Can I download the Game Video / Clips?
For game footage: You can screen record the game or clips that you prefer to capture from the game footage. For more information, please check out this Support Article: Screen Recording in Video Archives
For Video Clips: This can be done from the Play Clips or the clips sent to the Player Profile. From the clip tap on the More icon and then select “Share Clip”. You can share or save it to your device. For more information, please check out this Support Article: Automatic Video Clips
How can I change my Audience after the Live Video Stream?
Staff can change the Audience after the Live Video Stream has been archived. Visit the Video tab, tap on the “More” icon, and select “Change Video Audience”. You can change this setting to Confirmed Members (Staff, Family, and players) or Anyone.
Can I change the title on my Video Clips?
No! Not at this time. The Titles are generated by the play that was scored. So if the play was edited via the Box Score, the title will not change and cannot be edited.
How to delete a video?
Only Staff are able to delete game videos or accidental streams. Visit the Video tab, tap on the “More” icon, and select Delete Video. You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to delete the video.
Teams with Family Streaming enabled, and a family member accidentally starts a stream, that family member can reach out to us at email@example.com with a request to delete their accidental stream or Staff are able to remove the stream.
