If you received an email invite to join a team, created an account on GameChanger, and have no teams on your home screen, then we recommend you double-check that you created an account with the email that you were invited with. If you want to use a different email than the one you were invited with, please create the account with the invited email and then edit the email on your account using the directions below.
How to change your email
- Tap on the Account tab on the bottom right-hand side of the screen
- Under your name Tap Edit Account
- From there you can edit your email, name, phone number, and account picture
I am using the e-mail and correct password and still my team isn't showing up. I am a parent not a manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App. The coach has also informed me that my daughter is on his team management roster. Also I can not find the team in the search.
Same question, a year later . . . . any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. I've tried re-entering my password, my email, etc. Nothing works. Also, now I can't even get into the old system to see if I can use it instead. Disappointing.
I am also unable to find my son's team. I have his previous teams. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. Someone emailed me a link and it worked until I closed the app. Then the team was gone the next time i opened it and I can't find it. This is frustrating because I've been using the app successfully with multiple teams for 3-4 years. Same phone for part of that time period.
I have been added to my daughter's teams, however I can't see any content. No recap, no plays, no box scores, and no stats.
I can't add my kids team nor can any of the parents i asked. I've also submitted help requests and never got an awnser.
