Integrating Your Personal Calendar

Youth sports schedules are chaotic. The GameChanger app makes it easy to stay organized. Our calendar integrations allow you to sync your youth sports practice, games, and event schedule with your personal calendar in just a few taps. 

GameChanger integrates with your iOS or Google calendar. 

Note: Staff, Players, and Family members will sync all team events to their personal calendars. Fans will only be able to sync the game schedule.

Integrating with iOS Calendars

1. Select the appropriate team from within the Home tab.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Choose Schedule Sync, and then tap Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.
4. Tap Sync Apple Calendar from the options that appear.
5. Tap OK in the confirmation popup.
6. Repeat this process for any other teams you want to sync with your personal calendar.

Note: If you need to sync a team's calendar with your computer's Apple Calendar, please copy the calendar link in the app and follow these instructions on your desktop/ laptop. 

Integrating with Google Calendars

1. Select the specific team from within the app's Home tab.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Hit the Schedule Sync button on the next screen and then Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.
4. Choose Sync Google Calendar.
5. Follow the directions based on your device type:
   • Android:
     • Tap Continue to Google's Website
     • Tap Add to integrate the calendar
   • iOS:
     • Tap Send Link and Instructions 
     • Choose Copy
     • Open your Google Calendar in a web browser (calendar.google.com) 
     • On the left side of the calendar, next to Other Calendars click on the plus (+) sign. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the page and switch the view from Mobile to Desktop to access the plus (+) button.
     • Select From URL and paste the link into the field
     • Click Add Calendar.
6. The team's calendar will now be listed under "Other Calendars."

Unsubscribe from Team Calendar in Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar in your web browser (the Google Calendar app will not work for this).
2. Hover the mouse over or tap the team name in the “Other calendars” section to pull up the "X" option.
3. Click the "X" to unsubscribe from the calendar.
